1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of jiroengineering.com (the “Site”), operated by Jiro Financial, LLC under the Jiro Engineering name (“Jiro Engineering,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. Do not use the Site if you do not agree.

Site content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
